- OF is for the Japanese version of World Soccer Winning Eleven 10, released in late April 2006
- transfers updated using data from http://goal.com and http://soccernet.com
- some missing transfers due to players not existing in current game database
- some players created where possible using data from WE 9

- select teams with updated 07-08 kits
- select teams with updated formation and squad numbers
- NO promoted teams are included
