Here you can find all the language packs that we have for K1. I'm sorry but there isn't LP 004E.

thank you very much!but i want a chinese and russian lang packs ,i cant find on the net, so i use shxcodec to make a lang pack, but i failed. so , i think you are a great expert,can you help me?

You should use Moto Language Editor for this. In the section "Strings" you can save a entire language from a Language Pack on your computer and then insert this language in another LP.
I'm sorry but I don't have a K1, so I cannot make tests...

sure,i take a test, when i want to open lang 0024 or lang0014 lang packs using Moto Language Editor , but ,it cant work,. otherwise ,when i open lang002c,it ok, but i only get russian mlf file, not get chinese mlf file. how to solve this question? i feel very puzzeled.

This is the file you need: Chinese_Simple.mlf.
