Chi ha acquistato un K3 Vodafone di importazione parallela o chi ha flashato sul suo K3 TIM o no brand il firmware tedesco Vodafone R261171LD_U_99.41.04ER si trova nella brutta situazione di non poter più tornare ai firmware R261171LD_U_99.41.04R no brand e R261171LD_U_99.21.08R TIM. Un eventuale flash del full firmware finirebbe con PASS di RSD ma con il telefono bloccato in boot. L'unico firmware che può essere flashato di nuovo per avere il telefono funzionante è il Vodafone R261171LD_U_99.41.04ER .
Cosa fare allora per debrandizzare questo firmware? Per nostra fortuna flex, language pack e DRM del firmware no brand R261171LD_U_99.41.04R sono pienamente compatibili anche con il pacchetto firmware Vodafone R261171LD_U_99.41.04ER, quindi basta flashare con RSD:

1 - FLEX_NOBRAND_R261171LD_U_99.41.04R_K3_SUMBA_USSUMBARTDER26117101D
per avere la flex no brand con le sue funzioni, i suoi menù e la sua mma;

2 - DRM_NOBRAND_R261171LD_U_99.41.04R_K3_SUMBA
così anche le icone del DRM saranno no brand;

3 - Langpack0039_R261171LD_U_99.41.04R_K3_SUMBA
l'ultimo passo: serve per eliminare dai menù i nomi brandizzati vodafone, ad esempio Vodavone Live torna ad essere Browser.

Ho postato anche la versione in inglese visto che il K3 Vodafone è molto diffuso in Germania. (Purtroppo il tedesco non lo parlo !).
