The users meter has all new users who register even if they do not validate through email. The counter is not updated in the negative when accounts are removed because they are not validated. To see the updated list of users with precision must go on "Users". The counter in homepage is periodically realigned with the actual number of users, so it may seem that the number of users has declined, although in reality it was only updated to the actual value. The same can happen with the number of messages and threads: in some cases the counter is not updated in negative. Record of users, birthdays, and viewing of the registered user can be activated or de-activated by the tool Other functions. This service offers to users a number of statistics of web browsing as opened links, searched keywords and the time spent on each page. To use Google Analytics you need to register at the following address: http://www.google.com/analytics and enter the code provided after registration in "Manage HTML code" at the bottom of the site. Within 24 hours you will start seeing the statistics of your forum / blog in Google Analytics panel. |
