    What is a skin
    The set of colors and images that characterize the forum. You can choose one of the hundreds available from the Manage forum skin panel.

    Creating a new skin
    You need a good knowledge of style sheets and of available selectors; these concepts are well explained in the following guide. In addition, it should be a good mastery of a photo editing program such as The Gimp, Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or others, with which make backgrounds and buttons.
    In case of difficulty with CSS, you can seek advice at this address. It is not easy to start, if you intend to do so arm you with patience and good will.

    Publish a skin
    Many of the skin in the Manage forum skin panel, was created by users of the network. To publish one, you simply open a topic in the official forum, the Skin Lab.
    The submitted works may obtain up to 500 points for the top forum.
    Points can be automatically assigned to a forum/blog using the tool

    You can even assign part of the points available to split them to different forums/blogs or keep them for other future assignments.
    The awarded points increase the visits of the mentioned forum/blog: 2 points are equivalent to a visit.
    If you indicate an odd number of points, they are rounded by shortcoming.
    For example, 5 points assign 2 visits, and 6 correspond to 3 visits.
