ForumFree, VAT number and registration number in the CCIAA FR Company Register: IT03137180604 (hereinafter, "Owner"), owner of the websites www.forumfree.it, www.forumcommunity.net, www.blogfree.net (hereinafter, the "Site"), as data controller of personal data of the users of the Site (hereinafter, the "Users") provides below the privacy information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter, the "Privacy Code") and pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, "Regulation", the Regulation and the Privacy Code are together defined as "Applicable Regulations").

This Site and any services offered through the Site are reserved for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age. The Data Controller therefore does not collect personal data relating to subjects under the age of 18. Upon request of the Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected and relating to subjects under the age of 18.

The Owner offers, through the Site and as a content provider, as established by Legislative Decree 70/2003, spaces managed and administered in full autonomy (hereinafter "Forum").

The Users who manage these spaces are called "Administrators". The User is invited to consult the privacy policy of the individual Forums, in the event that the Administrators of the same collect additional data compared to what is established here, use third-party services not provided by the Owner, or send cookies not foreseen by the cookie Owner's policy.

The Owner stores Users' personal data securely and does not sell or transfer such data to third parties.

The Owner takes the right to privacy and protection of the personal data of its Users into the utmost consideration. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users can contact the Owner at any time by sending an email to [email protected]

1. Purpose of processing

The personal data of Users will be processed lawfully by the Owner pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes:

1. Registration and authentication.
   By registering or authenticating, the User allows the Site to identify him and give him access to dedicated services. Depending on what is indicated below, registration and authentication services may be provided with the help of third parties. If this happens, this Site may access some Data stored by the third-party service used for registration or identification.
   Direct registration.
   Personal data collected: Email, date of birth, gender.
   Login via Facebook or Google.
   Personal data collected: Email, Name, Surname, Date of birth, Gender.
   In order to use the service the only data necessary are: Email, Date of birth.
   All others are intended as optional and can be used for publication on the User's profile.
   Forumfree collects User's Images to allow ability to upload Images, only in case the user wants to share personal Images with other users.
2. Contact the User.
   Users registered for the service can be contacted via email through these services within the Site:
   - Forumfree Newsletter (opt out)
   - Newsletter of the forums to which you are registered (opt out)
   - Automatic notifications (opt out)
   - Technical communications
3. Publishing the information sent by the User
   The User authorizes the online publication of all contents that he himself sends to the Site for publication (for example within messages or discussions). The User also authorizes the online publication of their non-mandatory personal data in their public profile: Name, Surname, Address, Telephone, Age, Profession, Data relating to the forums managed or in which they participate, Data referring to the latest messages inserted in the forums, unless otherwise provided to the Owner or chosen in the specific section of the site.
4. Interaction with social networks networks and external platforms
   This type of service allows interactions with social networks, or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this Site. The interactions and information acquired from this Site are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings relating to each social network network. If an interaction service with social networks is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it collects traffic data relating to the pages on which it is installed.
5. SPAM protection
   This type of service analyzes the traffic of this Site, potentially containing Users' Personal Data, in order to filter it from parts of traffic, messages and content recognized as SPAM.
6. Advertising
   This type of service allows the User's Data to be used for commercial communication purposes in various forms of advertising, such as banners, also in relation to the User's interests. This does not mean that all Personal Data is used for this purpose. Data and conditions of use are indicated below. Some of the services indicated below may use Cookies to identify the User or use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. display personalized advertisements based on the User's interests and behavior, also detected outside this Site. 7. Statistics and monitoring.
   The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller (and partly the forum Administrator) to monitor and analyze traffic data and serve to keep track of the User's behavior.
   - The Site's own internal statistics service stores access and navigation logs.
   Personal Data collected: Usage Data, IP Addresses, User agents.
   - Forum administrators can monitor the actions of their users to prevent abuse and better manage their spaces.
   Personal Data collected: Usage Data, IP addresses in anonymous form, User agent.
   - Forum users can see which other users are currently active within the forum. Each user has the right to hide this information when logging in by selecting "Hidden login".
   Personal Data collected: User's online presence, Current page.
   
8. Administrative-accounting purposes, or to carry out activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and activities functional to fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
9. Legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an authority, by a regulation or by the European legislation.

Failure to provide the personal data indicated as necessary will make it impossible for the User to use the service offered by the Site.
Without prejudice to the provisions of this privacy policy, under no circumstances will the Owner make the Users' personal data accessible to other Users and/or third parties.

2. Methods of data processing and retention times

The Data Controller will process the Users' personal data using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

The data is processed at the operational offices of the Data Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, contact the Owner.
The servers on which the data are stored are located in Germany, at the data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH ( www.hetzner.com/rechtliches/ datenschutz?country=en ).

The personal data of the Users of the Site will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the primary purposes illustrated in paragraph 1 above, or in any case as necessary for the civil protection of the interests of both the Users and the Owner.

3. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The employees and/or collaborators of the Owner in charge of managing the Site and the Users' requests may become aware of the Users' personal data. These subjects, who have been instructed in this regard by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation, will process the User's data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this information and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations.
Third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as "External Data Processors" may also become aware of the Users' personal data, such as, by way of example, IT service providers and logistics functional to the operation of the Site, providers of outsourcing or cloud computing services, professionals and consultants.
Users have the right to obtain a list of any data controllers appointed by the Data Controller by making a request to the Data Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 4 below.

1. Defense in court.
   The User's Personal Data may be used by the Owner in court or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment for the defense against abuse in the use of this Site or related services by the User.
   The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal the Data upon request by public authorities.
2. Specific information.
   For needs related to operation and maintenance, this Site and any third-party services used by it may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.
3. System and maintenance logs
   or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an authority, by a regulation or by European legislation.
4. Information not contained in this policy.
   Further information in relation to the processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Data Controller using the contact information.
   
5. Exercise of rights by Users.
   The subjects to whom the Personal Data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same from the Data Controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration , the cancellation, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Personal Data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller. This Site does not support "Do Not Track" requests. To find out whether any third-party services used support them, the User is invited to consult the respective privacy policies.
6. Changes to this privacy policy.
   The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by publicizing them to Users on this page. Please therefore consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using this Site and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to Personal Data collected up to that point.

Pursuant to the Applicable Regulations, the Owner informs that Users have the right to obtain indication (i) of the origin of the personal data; (ii) the purposes and methods of processing; (iii) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; (iv) the identification details of the owner and managers; (v) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as responsible persons.

Furthermore, Users have the right to obtain:

1. access, update, rectification > or, when they are interested, the integration of the data;
2. the deletion (using the tool at this address or by sending an email to [email protected]), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
3. the certification that the operations referred to in the letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

Furthermore, Users have:

1. the right to revoke consent at any time, if the processing is based on their consent;
2. the right to data portability (right to receive all personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format), the right to limitation< /strong> of the processing of personal data and the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
3. the right to object:
   - in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
   - if they believe that the processing concerning them violates the Regulation, the right to propose a complaint to a Supervisory Authority (in the Member State in which they habitually reside, in the one in which they work or in the one in which the alleged violation occurred).
   The Italian supervisory authority is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data

The Owner is not responsible for updating all the links that can be viewed in this Policy, therefore whenever a link is not working and/or updated, Users acknowledge and accept that they must always refer to the document and/or section of the websites referred to by this link.
