Sometimes the domain you want for your forum is occupied by an already existing forum, but that is not attended and has no staff, ie without moderators or administrators.
If so, you can do a "Reporting domain occupied by inactive forum" to the Support forum, and the staff will set the read-only forum, so as to permit the selfdeleting after some time. .
You can not claim foundership of a forum, and topics with the title as "founder Request Forum" will be refused.
