A newsletter is an email message sent to multiple users simultaneously. You can send newsletters to all users of the forum, or only to certain selected groups. Users banned from their forums do not receive the newsletter.
The sender must have a valid email address in his profile.
The message can not contain HTML tags and you can not attach files.

If you do not want to receive newsletters, you can select, in options -> email options, the option Accepts email sent by the administrator of the forum.

If a user asks to be removed from the newsletter, you can insert it in your ban list and he will no longer receive your newsletter.

If you receive some email delivery errors, don't worry: it is normal that among so many people there is someone whose address is not working. Just ignore such emails because this newsletter arrives correctly to other users.
